They attended my late mother's house within 1 hour of her passing late on a sunday afternoon, and sorted everything out for us immediately. Very professional and efficient. Nelson and team did an excellent job repatriating my wife back to Canada with no issues at all, and at a significantly lower cost than the agency recommended by the Canadian Embassy in Lisbon. As we were in Lagos, using the local service helped greatly. They really helped make dealing with an unfortunate incident much easier.

Fantastic company to deal with who made the process from start to finish simple. My mum passed away in Portugal with a funeral plan in place. We were assigned Nelson as an English speaker who took care of everything for us from arranging the cremation, the service to liaising with the local Cemetery to bury mums ashes with dad.
